How to use the product
- Pull out an appropriate length of dental floss (approx. 40 cm) and tear off.
- Wrap the thread around the index or middle fingers of each hand so that there is 2–3 cm of working thread between the fingers.
- Carefully guide the floss between your teeth with a gentle, sawing motion.
- Shape the floss into a “C” around the tooth and guide it up and down the side of the tooth – also slightly below the gum line.
- Use a clean section of floss for each tooth and repeat throughout your mouth.
Tip: Use dental floss daily – preferably before brushing – to allow the fluoride in the toothpaste to better access between the teeth. For braces or bridges, a floss guide can make it easier to reach.
