Application:
Remove a pad from its packaging and remove the paper from the two adhesive strips on the pad. Place the pad in your bra so that the adhesive strips are against your bra and the contoured edges are on the sides.
Replace the pad when needed to maintain healthy skin. A general guideline will be after each breastfeed.
