How to use the product
- Pull out about 30–40 cm of dental floss and cut it off.
- Wrap the ends around your index or middle fingers so that you have 2–3 cm of tight thread between your fingers.
- Carefully guide the floss between your teeth with a slight sawing motion.
- Shape the floss into a “C” around the tooth and guide it up and down the side of the tooth – also slightly below the gum line.
- Use a clean piece of floss between each tooth and repeat. Use daily, preferably before brushing.
