How to use the product
- Cut about 40 cm of dental floss.
- Wrap the ends around your index or middle fingers, and stretch 2–3 cm of thread between your thumb and index fingers.
- Carefully guide the floss between your teeth with a gentle, sawing motion.
- Bend the floss slightly around the tooth in a C-shape and guide it up and down the side of the tooth and just below the gum line.
- Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space.
- Rinse your mouth when you are finished.
