This amazing two-in-one product can be used in two different ways, one is especially for eyeshadow and the other is for eyeliner.
The primer makes sure to give your eyeshadow a long-lasting result, and ensures that your make-up doesn't dry out.
The liner is ready and can be used in conjunction with your favorite powder product (eye shadow or other), that way you create your very own unique colour.
When you mix the liner with an eyeshadow, the product transforms into a liquid waterproof liner.

Application:
Spread the primer on the eyelid before using eye shadow.
Carefully dip the liner into your favorite eyeshadow and apply it to the eye as you would normally apply an eyeliner.
