How to use the Bodyotics Comfycase:
Wash the container with a mild soap suitable for the intimate area before first use. Empty and rinse your menstrual cup or disc after use.
Place the cup/disc in the container and fill it halfway with hot water. For microwave: Heat for approx. 3 minutes with the lid slightly open – until the water is steaming. Let it cool before touching it.
Without microwave: Pour hot water and let the cup/disc soak for a few minutes. Pour the water into the toilet. Rinse, dry and store the product in the container - ready for next use.
