Application:
Use a peeling 2-3 times a week. Listen to your skin – if it feels dry, tight or starts to irritate, stop exfoliating.
Moisturize the face, preferably in the shower. Take a small amount of peeling, about a teaspoon, and put it between your hands or on a washcloth. Massage your hands or the washcloth until the coffee and cocoa dissolve. Then you can gently exfoliate your face, neck and neck.
