Application
Apply sunscreen generously to the entire body approximately 20 minutes before sun exposure. Allow it to fully absorb into the skin before putting on clothing or coming into contact with textiles and other objects.

Always use a sufficient amount of sunscreen, as protection is reduced if you use too little. A child's handful (20 ml) is adequate to cover the entire body of a child.
