How to use the product

1. Place the elastic around the ankles of two participants at a suitable distance – or around two stable chair/table legs if you are playing alone.
2. Jump in time and follow a pattern, such as in-out, side-to-side or crossing over the elastic.
3. Increase the difficulty by gradually moving the elastic from ankles to calves and then knees.
4. Agree on a rhythm or verse to keep the pace and make the game extra fun.

Ideas for games

• In–out–cross: Alternately jump into the elastic band, out again and cross your feet over the elastic band.
• Figure 8: Draw a figure eight with your feet over the elastic without touching it.
• Double jump: Two quick jumps per position for higher heart rate and rhythm.
• Freeze: Stop in a specific position on command – if you hit the rubber band, it's the next player's turn.
