How to use the product
- Use a fluoride toothpaste and brush your teeth for about 2 minutes, morning and evening.
- Angle the brush at about 45° towards the gums and use small, gentle movements – tooth by tooth.
- Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use and let it air dry.
- Replace your toothbrush every 2–3 months or sooner if the bristles become worn.
