Be aware that you do not usually use regular shampoo for Curly Girl Method, but instead use conditioner to wash your hair with. In some cases, however, some want to use a "low poo" shampoo, for example a shampoo with a low content of sulphates (or completely sulphate free) and therefore we have included low poo shampoo for our Curly Girl approved products.
Also, be aware that some brands sometimes change the content of their products and this may mean that a reformulated product no longer complies with the Curly Girl rules. And in sets with multiple products, not all products are Curly Girl approved. We strive to note in the description on the product set which specific products are Girly Girl approved.
