How to use the product

1. Prepare the mold by lightly greasing it or lining the bottom with baking paper for extra secure release.
2. Place the bottom in the ring and lock the buckle so that the joint closes tightly.
3. Pour the dough or mass into the mold. Fill no more than 2/3 full to allow room for rising.
4. Place the mold on a baking sheet for easy handling and to catch any drips from very runny dough.
5. Bake according to the recipe instructions and let the cake cool for 10–15 minutes.
6. Run a thin knife along the edge, open the lock, lift off the ring and serve on the bottom – or carefully transfer the cake to a platter.

Care and maintenance

• Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the non-slip coating. Use mild dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge.
• Avoid sharp or metal utensils in the mold to protect the surface.
• Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent discoloration and ensure long durability.
• For very liquid dough: Line the bottom with baking paper and possibly a layer of foil around the bottom to minimize the risk of leakage.
