How to use the product

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head.
2. Hold the brush at approximately a 45° angle to the gum line.
3. Brush in small, gentle circles – outsides, insides and chewing surfaces.
4. Use for about 2 minutes, twice daily. Also remember to brush your tongue lightly.
5. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use and let it air dry.

Replace your toothbrush approximately every 3 months – or sooner if the bristles become worn or after illness.
