How to use the product

1. Wash your hands.
2. Pull out the applicator until it locks into full length.
3. Insert the tip into the vagina at a slight angle towards the lower back until the finger grip touches the body.
4. Push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube to position the tampon correctly.
5. Remove the applicator – the string should remain outside the body for easy removal.
6. Change every 4–8 hours and do not wear tampons for more than 8 hours at a time. Dispose of in the trash – not in the toilet.

Good advice and safety

• Choose the lowest suction power that meets your needs and change more frequently on light days.
• Read the accompanying information about toxic shock syndrome (TSS). Seek medical attention if you experience sudden fever, rash, dizziness, vomiting or diarrhea.
• Can be used both day and night, as long as the recommended wearing time is adhered to.
