How to use the product

1. Apply the light silver color to the inner corner of the eye, the middle of the eyelid and under the brow bone to open and brighten the eyes.
2. Apply the dark blue along the upper and/or lower lash line, and lightly sweep the color up to the outer corner of the eye to define the eye.
3. Blend transitions with a clean finger or a small, dense brush for a seamless result.
