You only need 10 minutes in the sun to get the right amount of vitamin D, and that doesn't necessarily mean lying face down in the sun, but rather spending a lot of time outdoors getting to the office walking, gardening, exercising, etc. No sunscreen blocks 100% of the rays, so it all adds up.
