How does a menstrual cup work?

Step 1

Fold and insert the OrganiCup. Once inserted, the cup unfolds to stay in place.

Step 2

The menstrual cup can be worn for up to 12 hours. If the OrganiCup is fitted correctly, you should not feel it. You can swim and do sports with it. The cup is also safe overnight.

Step 3

Empty the cup, rinse it and use it again. The OrganiCup should be boiled once a month to disinfect it.
