The story can be traced all the way back to the Middle Ages, when women travel all the way to the thermal springs of the Pyrenees, which are said to be the source of eternal youth. After a bath in the source of youth, the skin felt softer, smoother and rejuvenated.

In 1972, Biotherm launches their first body lotion Lait Corporel, which today has become an iconic product and one of the brand's best sellers.

In 1985, Biotherm Homme Men is launched, which is a skin care series for men. It contains, among other things, face cream for men, deodorant and cleansing products. Today, Biotherm Homme is among the world's most coveted skin care series for men in the world. Their most famous cream for men is Biotherm Aquapower.

Biotherm Aquasource

In addition to sun care, body lotion and Homme for men, the brand is known for making face cream. Their iconic series Biotherm Aquasource, is an award winning moisturizing cream that contains the same concentration of planktion extract as found in 5000 gallons of water.
Also within anti-age, the brand has launched an iconic series called Biotherm Age Fitness Power 2, which is available in both night cream and day cream for normal or dry skin. It repairs and prevents the first signs of aging.
