Application:

Spread a good amount evenly on the skin 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Spread on the skin every 2 hours or after you have been in the water or dried with the towel.

Always remember to combine time in the sun with a hat and appropriate clothing to avoid burning. Remember to spend as little time as possible in the sun between 12.00 and 14.00.
