LongoVitaSleep comes in an easy-to-swallow tablet form.

Recommended daily dose: 2-3 tablets before bedtime for adults and children from 12 years of age. LongoVital Sleep should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Important information: Caution is advised with the simultaneous use of epilepsy drugs or sedative drugs. Avoid driving or operating machinery when using the product. If the product is taken continuously for up to 6 weeks, a break of 2 weeks must be taken.
