Potassium is an electrolyte. Electrolytes help maintain fluid balance. Diuretic drugs, coffee and salty food drain the body of potassium. Potassium contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure, normal nervous system and normal muscle function.

Potassium citrate, bulking agents (vegetable magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon oxide), capsule material (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

Potassium - 300 mcg - 15%
