Berthelsen B12 is a dietary supplement with as much as 125 mcg B12 per capsule. Vitamin B12 is important for cognitive/psychological function, which is why especially seniors can benefit from the supplement. Among other things, the vitamin goes by the nickname "the elderly vitamin", as this group in particular is at risk of a large deficit.
